After Hours (1985)

Martin Scorsese film with Griffin Dunne as a rather hunted man who spends the whole night going from one surreal emergency to another.

After spending a lot of time unsuccessfully trying to get in to a private club to see someone, he is consoling himself with a coffee; this person comes in and hands him a leaflet offering free access to the club.

The character was originally thought to be a transgender, but in fact she is played as a female by the actress Robin Johnson; Robin is a female forename in the USA.
