8½ Women (1999)

A middle-aged man has just been widowed and his adult son wants to console him. They go to see Fellini's film, 8½, and afterwards they develop the idea of setting up their own brothel.

One of the female characters has an obsession with the transvestite actors in kabuki theatre.

The film is sometimes spelt out, as Eight and a Half Women.
