A scary film about a young woman who moves into an apartment in Manhattan, and the persistent efforts of some mysterious person to get her out. As always in this kind of film, you have to close your eyes to the irrational behaviour of the main characters, as they get themselves deeper into the difficulty.
Her flat only has windows to a rear courtyard, and she spends a lot of time looking out at the windows of the opposite apartments. No-one seems to pull the curtains. Inevitably, there is a gay couple in one of the opposite apartments, and one of the couple tries on a long wig in a mirror, conveniently angled so that we can see. The character is in the credits as "Drag Queen Neighbor", played by Todd Green.
