24 Hour Woman (1999)

The transvestite in the studio
A "relationships" film following the busy careers of two very different women, working on a women's daytime television show, which shares the title of this film.

They decide to do a show with gender roles as the theme and various cross-dressing events are organised.

However a transvestite is in the studio as part of the show, and her former partner is an employee in the studio, and goes berserk, threatening all and sundry with a gun.

The female producer
The management of the television channel is entirely female, but they have put on male drag for the event; here the producer and an assistant are trying to control the developing crisis.
